  이번 심포지엄은 APCTP(Asia Pacific Center for Theoretical Physics) 주최로 열렸으며, AMGS를 비롯해 ACABT(Asian Center for Agricultural Biotechnology and Technology), APECTT(APEC Center for Technology Transfer), 4개 APEC 센터가 함께했습니다. 참석 기관들은 APEC 과학·기술·혁신정책파트너십(APEC PPSTI) 내 협력 관계를 더욱 공고히 하고 미래지향적인 공동 활동을 추진하기 위한 방안을 심도 있게 논의했습니다. 특히, 이번 심포지엄에서 4개 센터는 협력 강화를 위한 공동 선언문에 서명하며 향후 긴밀한 네트워크 구축과 공동 프로젝트 추진을 약속했습니다. AMGS는 이번 파트너십을 계기로 미래 세대를 위한 국제 협력 기반을 넓히고, 과학 영재 교육의 글로벌 네트워크 확대에 앞장서 나갈 계획입니다. The APEC Mentoring Center for the Gifted in Science (AMGS) attended the APEC Center Partnership for Science and Innovation Symposium held on August 21 at Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH), where participants discussed ways to strengthen scientific and innovation cooperation across the Asia-Pacific region. The symposium was hosted by the Asia Pacific Center for Theoretical Physics (APCTP) and brought together four APEC Centers, including AMGS, ACABT (Asian Center for Agricultural Biotechnology and Technology), and APECTT (APEC Center for Technology Transfer). The participating institutions engaged in in-depth discussions on consolidating partnerships within the APEC Policy Partnership on Science, Technology and Innovation (APEC PPSTI) and exploring future-oriented joint activities. Notably, all centers signed a Joint Declaration to strengthen cooperation, pledging to build closer networks and promote collaborative projects in the years ahead. Through this partnership, AMGS seeks to expand the foundation for international cooperation for future generations and take a leading role in broadening the global network of youth-led STEM research. |
